Special to the Daily Holy Cross Energy’s renewable energy efforts are moving faster than even utility officials had planned. That means it’s time for a more ambitious goal. Holy Cross in 2018 announced the “Seventy70Thirty” plan. The plan’s intent was to source at least 70% of its power supply from clean and renewable sources by 2030, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 70% from 2014.
