Kensington favorite Kismet Bagels is teaming up with Freelance Pizza for a pizza bagel pop-up on New Year's Eve. The event will take place at Riverwards Produce in Fishtown located at 2200 E Norris St., from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 31.
