Fairport Harbor chalks up significant accomplishments in 2020 in midst of novel coronavirus pandemic
1 of 2 Woodford Excavating employees work on a section of East Street on Aug. 26 in Fairport Harbor Village. The company, which is based in Leavittsburg, completed a project in 2020 that's intended to improve the operation of storm and sanitary sewers and a water main on East Street between Sixth and New Fourth streets. Additional drainage and road surface improvements also were made on the following streets: Joughin, New Fourth and York. Fairport Harbor Village Council approved a contract with Woodford to perform the project.
