In the afternoon highs will only be reaching the mid to upper 60s with that strong wind in place. Tonight temperatures will dip evenn lower. Ill have all those details coming up. We do have breaking news to tell you about this morning. A fatal car fire has closed down several lanes of i95. Fire rescue says the person was trapped inside the burning car. Its unclear how many people were inside the vehicle at the time or what caused those flames. This is video from the ground. Look at the car completely engulfed in flames. Constance jones is here.
