DOJ officials come to Lowell to announce grant funding for community violence intervention
LOWELL — Officials from the U.S. Department of Justice came to Lowell Thursday morning to announce more than $90 million in grant funding for community violence intervention, including nearly $5 million for violence prevention organizations across Massachusetts.
