Renovated Weber building in Detroit opens as affordable housing
The project, spearheaded by Hazelwood Partners LLC, is part of a broader effort involving four buildings — The Weber, the Lee Arden and the Kingsley Arms, plus a building immediately to the west — to bring 131 housing units to the neighborhood.
