The apartment buildings, on Hazelwood Street in the Piety Hill neighborhood, had been empty for a long time, some for more than a decade.
The project, spearheaded by Hazelwood Partners LLC, is part of a broader effort involving four buildings — The Weber, the Lee Arden and the Kingsley Arms, plus a building immediately to the west — to bring 131 housing units to the neighborhood.
