At least 17 people were killed by the fast rising waters that struck there and in oklahoma over the last few days. In the small town of wimberley between austin and san antonio searchers are looking for 11 missing people. Officials say they tried to warn people about what turned out to be a 46foot tall wall of water that came down the river over the weekend taking everything in its path.
