Samantha Faye Blake, 40, of Broughton, IL passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023 in a tragic house fire. Samantha was born in Waynesburg, PA on March 17, 1982. She grew up in Pennsylvania, before moving to Illinois. She was a loving mother to her 4 children – 3 daughters and 1 son.
