those areas. joining me on the phone is dawn parsigian, a resident of normandy beach, new jersey, don, with a good morning to you, why did you decide to someday and what's it like where you are right now? >> it's windy, 40 to 50 miles per hour and the tide is starting to come in, at both the ocean side and the bay side. so the roads are starting to flood here. there's no place for the water to drain. it normally drains into the bay and into the storm drains. so it's going to get interesting as the next couple of hours pass with the high tides. >> what's been your gravest concern? >> the wind, quite honestly. the water has not been bad, too bad here. but there's been no damage that i can see. i was out earlier this morning, it looks like there's some wires down, different places, i can't tell if they're power lines or cable lines, but there are some lines down.
