Feb 1, 2021 CHESTER, W.Va. Donna Lou Perkins, formerly of Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, passed away Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 27, 2021 at the Orchards Stone Pear Pavilion. She was 82. Born in East Liverpool, July 14, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Virginia Cunningham Ward. A resident of this area all her life, she was a member of the East Liverpool High School Class of 1956. She worked at Riverview Greenhouse at one time and later worked in the service department at Hills Department Store. For many years she also worked as a poll worker for the Columbiana County Board of Elections. Donna was associated with the East Liverpool City Hospital Auxiliary where she was named Volunteer of the Year. She was also active with her high school class and a member of the East Liverpool High School Alumni Association. She attended Hope Christian Fellowship and most recently she attended the Tri-State Community Church in Chester. ....
Jan 29, 2021 WEST POINT, OHIO Windy Renee Van Dyke, of West Point, passed away from a longtime heart condition Monday, January 25, 2021. She was 32. Born in East Liverpool, July 31, 1988, she was a daughter of Linda Kidder Van Dyke of West Point and the late Carter Lee Van Dyke, Sr. A resident of this area all her life, she was a member of the Beaver Local High School Class of 2006. She was Christian by faith. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Brooklynn Marie Sullivan and a son, Warrick Eugene Lee Tanner, both at home. She is also survived by her maternal grandmother, Connie Kidder of West Point, a sister, Lindsey Van Dyke and her fiance Bobby Shaffer, a brother, Carter Van Dyke, Jr. and his wife Brittany, a special niece, Maddalynn Shaffer, four aunts, Susan Ring and her husband Mark, Cheryl Morris and her husband Joe, Lora Eiler and Diane Decker, and three uncles, William Van Dyke II, Mark Van Dyke and his wife Holly, and Bill Snyder. ....

Born in East Liverpool, November 5, 1968, he was a son of the late David N. Golden, Sr. and Linda K. Pugh Golden. A lifetime area resident, he was a member the Northside Community Church. A member of the East Liverpool High School Class of 1987, he continued his education at Youngstown State University where he earned a degree in accounting. He worked for McCarl’s and his most recent placement was with Great Arrow Builders as a senior accountant at the construction site for Shell’s cracker plant. Previously, he had been associated with Central Federal Bank in the accounting department. He was also a member of the Moose Lodge 122. ....
