Canadian tar sands crude to the tesso plant was not fully disclosed to the public when the state Lands Commission approved a 30 year lease for the marine port operated by the tessoro refinery. All of these things are really dirty and they pose really serious dangers to the public health. They are dirtier when you burn them.
