Authorities say that man, 27yearold Rayshard Brooks failed a field sobriety test before getting into a struggle with the Police Officers. Cnn obtained eyewitness video of that struggle and are warning to our viewers, this video is disturbing. The footage appears to show police grappling with brooks.
