The deep blue project is currently domiciled under the Federal Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy and currently funded by the Nigerian Maritime
He added that the ministry was determined to work towards the disbursement of the Cabotage Vessel Financing Fund.
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has offered the country a three-year plan to work with the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) for removal of the Condition of Entry (CoE) placed on American-bound vessels from Nigeria.
