Margaret Bayalis created “Faces Not Numbers” as a way to provide comfort to families who have lost loved ones to COVID-19 Margaret Bayalis, a resident of Milford for more than 40 years, says that when the COVID-19 pandemic began last spring, she and her husband, John, began isolating like many others around the country.
