Ozbay and her sister Fatma Ozbay opened the deli a little more than a week ago and were delightfully surprised by the reception from Westies who are pouring in for their New York-style bagels, specialty cream cheeses, cold cuts, gourmet pizzas, Italian specialties, quesadillas and popular steak and cheese sandwiches.
