As reported by The Washington Free Beacon, New York stands a chance to become the first state in America to outlaw bulletproof vests. A bill sponsored by Democratic Assemblyman Jonathan G. Jacobson would make it illegal for anyone to sell body armor. In addition: Possession would be against the law.
