《广州市越秀区国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》（以下简称“纲要”）近日正式对外发布。纲要显示，“十四五”期间，越秀区GDP年均增长率规划目标值为4%,现代服务业占服务业比重的规划目标值为70%，建成区绿化覆盖率规划目标值为35.36%，每万人口拥有公共文化设施面积的规划目标值为1550平方米，居民办证事项实现可网上办理率的规划目标值为100%。在此期间，越秀将打造为“湾区创新新枢纽”“都会产业高地”和“美好生活样板”，全面建成广州“老城市新活力创新发展示范区”。

展望2025年，越秀将建成具有经典魅力和时代活力的国际大都市核心区，为广州成为具有全球影响力的国际商贸中心、综合交通枢纽、科技教育文化医疗中心提供重要支撑，朝着美丽宜居花城、活力全球城市核心� ....
