The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted on Tuesday to accept nearly $19.6 million from the Federal Emergency Management Agency to pay for a migrant transition day center to help immigrants.
The county accepted the federal money in a 4-1 vote Tuesday and hopes to select an operator for the center in July to serve migrants arriving in San Diego
