Mark, as you know well, if you look at our two alliances particularly in northeast asia, japan, and north and south korea, they are the most generous providers of countries that we station troops in. Those negotiations are always difficult. I would say with japan its about 5 billion. Korea less. Obviously much smaller country. Smaller footprint. I would say that the calculus by which these decisions and agreements are examined has to be looked in a more holistic way. I believe the four deployment of our forces in asia is a multiplier for the United States. We do not necessarily do this...
