ZERO SUICIDE.Mental health advocates in Baguio City are drumming up the campaign for zero suicide with the hopes that there will be no more cases registered in the future. Rosyth man starts support group after overcoming his own mental health struggles

A ROSYTH man who tried to commit suicide has set up a Facebook group to help others facing mental health struggles. John Graddon, 27, of Duffy Place, said it had been going for just two months but already has more than 900 members and helped save countless lives. He told the Press: "I suffer from mental health problems. Two years ago, I self-harmed and tried to kill myself, anything to try and numb the pain.
