By: Erick Payne TULSA, Okla. - Tulsa Police are investigating a hit and run that sent a woman to the hospital. Officials said it happened near 11th and Highway 169, next to the eastside police station. Police said Kimberley Melton was walking when a man pulled out of a gas station, ran over her and then dragged her for 15 feet. They said he stopped, pulled her out from underneath his vehicle, then got back in and took off. Melton's mother, Georgia McGee, said her daughter’s arm was crushed and she was rushed into surgery. She said it was crushed under the tires.
