An eight-year feud between neighbours in Orléans has resulted in 12 bylaw complaints, two police conduct investigations, a peace bond application, a criminal mischief charge – and one civil suit for defamation, harassment and the intentional infliction of mental distress.

The city says it plans to install 23 new cameras this year, bringing the total to 40 by the end of 2023, including four cameras on high-speed roads to see if they help reduce street racing.

Councillors consider expanding the criteria for camera enforcement.
