陳靜表示 :「我認真研究以後，認為中院判決確實存在嚴重不公正，為公平正義應該去幫一下。後來事實證明我的判斷是對的，這個公司的案件最終通過再審勝訴了。陳靜說，一年後，替朋友轉送了一份禮物，當時確實不知道裡面有10萬塊錢。」
據了解，此次陳靜給孫永一的「送禮事件」為一起股權糾紛案。
吳丹紅檢索了潤華公司在濟南中院涉訴的案件，發現只有一起案件是對該公司不利且通過再審改判的，即濟南中加泰樂斯科技開發有限公司（下稱中加公司）起訴潤華公司的股東會決議效力糾紛一案。
2010年中加公司一審敗訴，2011年1月濟南中院二審裁定撤銷一審判決，確認潤華公司股東會決議不成立。潤華公司隨後向山東省高院提出再審、向濟南市檢察院提出抗訴申請，均被駁回。然而2013年4月，濟南中院突然決定再審此案。 2015年1月5日，濟南中院作出再審判決，裁定撤銷原審判決，維持一審判決。
再審過程中，中加公司對再審程序提出異議。「原審法院經審委會討論決定，直接作出再審裁定，這種情況非常罕見。」吳丹紅向《中國新聞週刊》分析。「再審從2013年持續到2015年，陳靜的請托是在2014年5月，正好是在再審期間。她行賄的時間點也非常敏感，正好是再審判決兩個月後。」吳丹紅認為，陳靜的行為構成行賄或共同行賄。
「我當時是出於正義感想幫助實現公平正義，所以打了一個電話，當時就打了一個電話。」陳靜在與吳丹紅助理溝通時稱 :「2014年的事，並不是我代理的案件，我不是為了個人利益去打招呼。」
王啟波還發現，透過陳靜送給孫永一10萬元的潤華公司負責人陳罕頻，是陳靜律所的客戶，在多起訴訟中委託陳靜所在的辰靜律師事務所律師為代理人 ; 而陳罕頻又於2019年成為濟南中院首批特邀調解員之一。
至於行賄律師該如何究責? 法官受賄案曝光后，行賄律師如何追責成為輿論焦點。最高法和最高檢《關於辦理貪污賄賂刑事案件適用法律若干問題的解釋》明確了行賄定罪的起點：向國家工作人員行賄，數額在三萬元以上的，應當以行賄罪追究刑事責任;如果是向司法工作人員行賄、影響司法公正的，數額一萬以上便構成行賄。
吳丹紅舉例稱，濟南市律協副會長李建新向濟南中院三名法官行賄金額累計達122.6萬元，屬於刑法第三百九十條第一款規定的「情節嚴重」，這意味著李建新本應被處以五年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
