The defendant released to home detention. He then went missing. And is failed to make Court Appearances seven times. He did not make an informed decision i dont know who dropped that ball but thats how i feel. The court file does contain information that was available to the judge about the prior record and seven failures to appear. I dont believe that he didnt have the information.
