Developer unveils plans for Phase ll of DC's The Yards

Dive Brief: Developer Brookfield Properties announced plans Tuesday for Phase ll of its 48-acre mixed-use development in the Southeast section of Washington, D.C. The second phase of The Yards includes 3.4 million square feet of new development across 10 buildings that will provide office, mixed-income residential offerings, restaurants, retail and public amenities, according to a release emailed to Construction Dive.
