Gide is advising Cast (a pioneer and market leader in Software Intelligence), Vincent Delaroche, founder and CEO of Cast, and Cast's management, on signing a share transfer agreement between Bridgepoint Development Capital and DevFactory, Crédit Mutuel Equity SCR, Long Path Holdings 2, LP and Vincent Delaroche, the major Cast's shareholders, regarding the acquisition by Bridgepoint Development Capital (via Financière Da Vinci) of a 65% of the share capital of Cast.
