According to Deadline, Golden Globe nominee Kaitlyn Dever ( Unbelievable) has officially signed on to star opposite Oscar winners George Clooney and Julia Roberts in Universal Pictures’ upcoming romantic comedy film Ticket to Paradise. The project will also reunite Dever with former Booksmart co-star Billie Lourd, who has been cast last month for the role of Wren Butler, the best friend to the lovesick daughter of Clooney and Roberts’ characters. This marks Dever’s latest collaboration with Universal Pictures. She is also set to star in the studio’s upcoming film adaptation of the hit Broadway musical Dear Evan Hansen, which is scheduled for a September 24, 2021 release. She will also next be seen in Hulu’s limited series
