Pandemic. Small businesses owned by people of color are most at risk of being wiped out. As a japanese american im concerned about Small Businesses facing eviction in japan town. If these businesses fail, it opens the door to property being sold to developers. They may transform the property and change the charter of japan town, similar to what happened to the International Hotel property in malil a town where the hilton hotel now stands.
