It looks like youve got an entrance drivers license and the other is the change of grade if you use the part of the alley it will include the lower level i understand the comments that came from some of the people that spoke to you. Sanford alley is not part of the alley and theres a lot of conversations and publicity about retail spaces that remain empty. So thats one concern.
