Ferrier ORWIGSBURG â A Pottsville man is headed to Schuylkill County Court on separate driving under the influence charges arising from incidents in Schuylkill Haven and West Brunswick Township. Dylan M. Evans, 24, of 927 Cressona Road, Apt. 2, faces charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, disregarding traffic lane, failure to drive at a safe speed and failure to notify police of accident in one case and DUI and stop sign violation in the other.
