This is beach drive near cedar lane. You can see the water is starting to recede a little bit. It is still covering the roadway around the curb. That is why the road is still closed here. Earlier today we watched as a woman tried to make her way around that curb. She got stuck and yes had to be rescued. This is not the siati you want to find yourself in ever. Water up to your door and flashing lights. This is how fast it can happen. She found out the hard way. Water rescue teams putting her in a raft and slowly guiding her back to safety.
