This happened apparently after a fire hydrant was broken, creating this geyserlike effect. For more than two hours traffic was shut down here. Crews also knocked down mcdowell to one lane on the west side and trying to figure this out. Megan thompson, abc good morning. It started off nice and cool in a lot of places, some places in the 60s. That warmup has been quick, 85 dries right now at sky harbor. Well continue to warm up well into the 90s today. You can see how we started in the upper 60s, low 70s for a lot of us this morning.
