Forrner, 25, of Youngstown, who is charged with three counts of drug possession and one count of tampering with evidence. Municipal LISBON — In county Municipal Court Monday, Duane I. Barnes, 50, of Salem, was fined and sentenced to jail on charges of violating a protection order and traffic offenses. On the protection order charge, he was fined $250 and sentenced to 90 days in the county jail, with credit for eight days already served. For driving under suspension, distracted driving and failure to control, Barnes was fined $300.
