May 8, 2021 WELLSVILLE — William E. “Bill” Wells, 72, of Wellsville, passed away Thursday, May 6, 2021, at East Liverpool City Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was born October 8, 1948, in Chester, West Virginia, the son of the late Guy H. Wells and the late Freda M. (Nally) and Donald Williams. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by two brothers: Lloyd Wells and Russell Fiest. Buck was born in Wellsville on May 26, 1945 a son of the late John and Vivian (Cook) McIntosh. He was a 1963 graduate of Wellsville High School.
