Blaine H. âBuckâ McIntosh PITTSBURGH, Pa. — Blaine H. “Buck” McIntosh, 75, of Wellsville passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. Buck was born in Wellsville on May 26, 1945 a son of the late John and Vivian (Cook) McIntosh. He was a 1963 graduate of Wellsville High School. Buck was a veteran of the Army proudly serving his country in the Vietnam War and was recognized as a sharpshooter.
