29 Apr 2021 A federal court has approved a settlement in a lawsuit that requires the U.S. Army to review thousands of other-than-honorable discharges issued in the past decade to soldiers with mental health conditions or traumatic brain injuries. Judge Charles Haight, with the U.S. District Court of Connecticut, approved the agreement Monday in the class-action suit formerly known as Kennedy v.
