Strong wind gusts up to 1517 m s. The rain will be heavy in places and the amount of precipitation may exceed 2030 mm. I wonder what tomorrow the anticyclone will shift to the south, and the cyclone will slide along its border to the russian north. The frontal section will stretch along the coasts of the barents and kara seas, the main zone of bad weather will be there, and the Central Region will get a portion of coolness and rain. But a small scandinavian anticyclone will come to the russian plain on the weekend, it will disperse, but will not give much warmth, but lets go back to todays st....
