Shooting spree last year gets prison time. Sabrina wxhang local 5s Claire Powell joins us now, and claire, you were at the sentencing today. Claire wxhang sabrina, pete polson also known as the Pleasant Hill shooter took the stand again today for his sentencing. Claire polson was found guilty on several charges including attempted murder stemming from a a shooting in Pleasant Hill on november 17th of last year. This morning, a judge sentenced polson to 55 years in prison with a mandatory minimum of 27. 5 years. The november 2014 shooting severly injured two people a third person was narrowly missed. Polson said he was heavily intoxicated at the time and didnt remember much from the shooting. All three emotional victims took the stand today telling polson he deserves everything he gets.
