Gray introduced several programs while managing the branch and, upon leaving, said that plans are in place for refurbishing the branch's basement to add meeting rooms and upgrading its HVAC system. (Photo Courtesy of the Heights Libraries) Facebook Share CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Heights Libraries has passed along word that Coventry Branch Manager Patricia Gray will retire March 1. “Known for her compassion, perceptiveness and creativity, Gray nurtured the staff, programs and collections at the branch, and helped it grow into a neighborhood gathering place that reflects the eclectic needs and interests of the community it serves,” a library news release notes.
