darkness, you cannot tell how deep the water is. you may think oh, it's just a couple of inches deep, i can get through that. but if it is moving water across the road, do not attempt to drive through that. it could be deep enough to float your car away, a very dangerous situation is developing now with all these pockets of heavy rain that are coming through, getting reports now, many creeks and streams are out of their banks and flowing across roads. so, again, avoid that high water. even where we don't have the creeks and streams flowing across roads we've got the ponding of water,...
