Staff Report The Rolling Hills Local Board of Education met Thursday and re-elected Dennis Dettra as the president of the board. "It's a testimony to who you are," said board member Mike Humphrey about Dettra being re-elected president — this year makes four years in a row as board president. "(And) You're experienced," said board member Darren Singleton. Meanwhile, Singleton was elected vice president.
