She moved to Corvallis in 1961, and her death certificate reports that she waitressed at a local restaurant. According to her obituary, Snedker was a member of the Milledgeville Lutheran Church, and she had one daughter before her death. She married Darrell Snedker on October 16, 1963, but it was an incredibly short union, as her unexplained death occurred on December 22, 1963 – a mere 37 days later.
