ability to enact laura's law without doing that in the city. that is a big concern i have. city-wide mental health services received a $1.4 million cut. the mayor restored part of that. the board may be able to restore the rest of that. that is a major service in the city. it is something i know will be on the chopping block again next year. i hope it is not, but i suspect it will be on the chopping block next year along with other mental health services in the city. it does not seem like we have the ability to implement it without replacing existing services for patients in the city...
