City officials got a glimpse of the future of Dover's wastewater facilities collection system. Brett Converse of JUB Engineers outlined both where the city's system is at and where it needs to go. As part of a status update on the plan, Converse told the council he wanted to give them a look at the methodology he was using to craft the document as well as get their feedback.

OLDWICK, N.J., September 29, 2023--AM Best has downgraded the Financial Strength Rating (FSR) to B++ (Good) from A (Excellent) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating (Long-Term ICR) to "bbb+" (Good) from "a" (Excellent) of Dover Bay Specialty Insurance Company (Dover Bay) (Bloomington, IL). The outlook of the FSR has been revised to stable from negative while the outlook of the Long-Term ICR is negative.
