Recommitting to a Strong National Defense
The President of the United States is Commander in Chief, but Congress is responsible for raising and supporting Armies and for providing and maintaining a Navy, and no treaty may enter into force without the consent of two-thirds of the Senate. It is time for conservatives who believe in peace through strength and the righteousness of our cause to stand up and serve as a check and balance on the Administration’s policies.
