Well get a board of leaders to decide what to do with the money who to sell it to, dont give i meant to government, give it to business leaders, is this a good plan . The irony is it will make the competition worse in exchange for cash payments. The other irony is north jersey fought hammer and tongue to make sure it was locked in Atlantic City and never seeped out into the rest of the state. Its a dram...
