Lynne Haze Driving While Black: A Safety Guide was put together by a man who has experienced encounters with law enforcement while driving. He put the guide together with his wife. Also included was award winning journalist, Carol Ozemhoya. The trio used an analytical approach to come up with more than 40 rules that will help Black and Brown drivers stay out of jail and out of harms way. The guide includes research from media sources and renowned universities. Is this guide trying to simplify a complex issue?
