Reached epidemic proportions. They say they had to deal with around 60 spice related incidents over the weekend and have launched extra patrols. Slumped, zombie like and barely conscious. Were told hes just taken spice. Another man metres away with similar symptoms. And everyone we speak to on the streets knows where to get it. Around the central area, just round anywhere, really.
