Allison DeBlois was appointed director of health plan development at Integrity Health. In this role, DeBlois will identify opportunities to expand the company’s Partnership Health Centers across New Jersey. Previously, DeBlois was acting director and policy and compliance coordinator for the Dual Integration Unit within New Jersey’s Department of Human Services, Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services. Her direct oversight of the Fully Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (a single product serving both Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries) supported health plans’ contract management, national and state policy implementation, member services and quality monitoring. ....
